When you place an order with shoppehal you get a tracking facility under your account. We usually ship everything except Damascus steel between 30 to 40 days. Keep in mind that on occasion bad weather and shipping company delays can slow down orders.

We ship items made of Damascus steel with in 12 to 18 days. For customization please send instructions email at admin@shoppehall.com

We ship everything free at United State, for other countries please ask us before placing any order.

Occasionally, we do offer coupons and promotional codes to customers. Typically, these coupons are only good for a specified time. We also offer a wide array of knife giveaways and other promotions on Facebook and Instagram pages. Coupons found on our website and on Facebook or Twitter are our only authorized coupons.

No, We don’t charge Tax from items as it is already included to cost of products.

Sometimes due to the popularity of an item, it will have to be placed on backorder until a new shipment is received. In this situation, you will be promptly notified by a customer service specialist, who will provide you with options to fulfill your current order.

Some of the products we sell are restricted by particular countries, states, or cities. By purchasing an item from our website, you acknowledge that you have the legal capacity and are of legal age to do so. Unfortunately, due to the complicated and constantly changing nature of state knife laws, we are not able to provide up-to-date information on knife legality.

At ShoppeHall, your satisfaction is of paramount importance. For that reason, we offer a 30-day no-questions-asked money-back guarantee.

If you are not happy with your order, you must contact us at admin@ShoppeHall.com with your order number and the reason for the return to receive a Return Authorization (RA) within 30 days of receipt. After receiving a Return Authorization (RA), you will have 10 days to return the item back to us.

We will deduct 30% + any shipping cost of the item you purchased. You will be responsible to pay for shipping cost

The item must be brand new and unused, including the original manufacturer packaging (unopened) and paperwork. Once we receive the item we will issue a refund minus the cost of the return shipping label and original shipping. Returning an item with damaged or missing packaging will NOT receive a full refund.

If the item is found to be defective, return shipping costs will be waived and you will be refunded the full amount of your purchase. If the manufacturer cannot verify the defect, you will receive a refund minus a 25% restocking fee from the manufacturer. 

Your refund will be issued in the same form of payment we received. 

Unfortunately, in the above situation, we are only able to issue a refund if the item is returned to us. If so, we will issue a full refund minus shipping fees and costs.

You should receive your refund within 4 weeks of giving your package to the return shipper. However, most refunds will be applied faster.

This time period consists of the transit time of the item being returned to us (5 to 10 days), the time it takes to process the return (3 to 5 business days) and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days.)

We will notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the return.
